We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing operators in the Single-Family Housing space. With over 8,500 homes already under management and a development pipeline stretching well into 2030, they’re scaling with intention—creating homes people genuinely want to live in. To lead this next phase, they’re looking for a Head of Mobilisation—a strategic, detail-driven operator who can bridge the gap between development and day-one delivery.
From city-centre towers to suburban SFH neighbourhoods, you’ll be at the forefront of every launch. You’ll turn plans into real, lived experiences—working across ops, lettings, marketing, construction, and finance to ensure each new site opens on time, on brand, and fully prepared. This role is equal parts hands-on and high-level. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, build scalable systems, and adapt to the unique rhythm of each location—setting the tone for how thousands of future homes come to market.
If you’re ready to shape what great looks like in a sector that’s redefining UK housing, now’s your chance to lead from the front.
Your Responsibilities:
- Owning the end-to-end mobilisation process across BTR and SFH sites nationwide
- Managing handovers from development through to operational management
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure launch readiness
- Building scalable mobilisation playbooks, tailored to each asset
- Embedding brand, service, and compliance standards into every new scheme
Your Experience:
- Proven experience delivering residential or mixed-use mobilisations (BTR, PBSA, SFH, or hospitality)
- Highly organised project manager with strong commercial and operational instincts
- Confident managing multiple timelines and teams across different locations
- Excellent stakeholder management—able to bring people together and drive results
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where no two launches are the same
- A passion for housing, community, and customer-first thinking
