Make a real impact. Looking for a more meaningful challenge where you can really make an impact, instead of just passing the time? This unique Charity is looking for a new Head of Estates to oversee a stunning site featuring a listed building and its surrounding grounds.
Looking for someone with previous experience running and managing large refurbishment projects is key for this role as they will be overseeing a multiyear £5 million renovation project, ensuring its successful delivery on time and within budget. The role also involves leading a team of 6 made up of the Estates team responsible for the maintenance of the building and the Gardens team managing the surrounding grounds.
With this dedicated in-house team to support you at every turn, you’ll tackle a wide array of challenges, from maintaining historic buildings to overseeing cutting-edge facilities. As the Head of Estates, you will oversee significant refurbishments and projects, collaborating closely with the CEO and wider team. You will play a pivotal role in these, leading them to successful completion whilst also having purpose working for a fantastic charity.
If you have a varied property background within the Not-for-Profit sector and can drive the organisation's strategic objectives, from hard and soft services, contract management, health and safety and more, then this could be your next move!
