About the Role A well-established property firm is seeking an Commercial Property Manager to take responsibility for a varied and high-volume portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values independence, breadth in their role, and being part of a supportive, long-tenured team.

What You’ll Do Oversee the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.

Manage tenant and landlord enquiries with a professional and solutions-focused approach.

Prepare and administer service charge budgets, working closely with internal teams.

Undertake regular property inspections, ensure statutory compliance and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.

Maintain a structured, consistent and professional approach to portfolio management.
