An established and growing commercial property consultancy is seeking an experienced Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to join the team. This opportunity would suit an MRICS-qualified Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate looking to take on a broad range of landlord and tenant instructions, including rent reviews, lease renewals and strategic asset advice. For individuals with the appropriate level of experience and business development capability, there is also scope to take a leading role in growing and developing the Landlord & Tenant service line as Head of Landlord & Tenant.

The firm acts for a diverse client base including investors, corporate occupiers, public sector organisations and high-net-worth individuals, providing exposure to a varied range of office, industrial and retail assets.

The Role

  • Rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Landlord & Tenant advice across a range of commercial property types.
  • Commercial agency work, including acquisitions and disposals.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Preparing reports, negotiating terms and providing professional advice.
  • Supporting wider business development activities.

  • MRICS qualified.
