Our client is looking for a bold, inspiring General Manager to bring this vision to life. This is not your average GM role. This is about building culture, setting standards, and creating a vibrant student community from the ground up. You’ll be the driving force behind every detail — from the day-to-day operations and team development to safety, service, and unforgettable student experiences.
This isn’t a one-off opportunity. This is the start of something bigger. With more schemes set to launch across the UK, now’s your chance to join a fast-growing brand that’s redefining what student living can be — and shape the future of it!
Your Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and an unbeatable resident experience
- Owning the operational performance of the building — from budgets and brand standards to compliance and community events
- Creating a positive, safe, and high-performing culture where your team and your residents feel empowered and engaged
- Bringing energy, creativity, and innovation to marketing, resident engagement, and local partnerships
- Acting as a mentor, coach, and role model — living the values, inspiring excellence, and setting the tone for the entire community
Your Experience:
- Have strong experience in PBSA, residential or hospitality
- A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments
- Someone who brings commercial acumen and operational know-how, with a sharp eye for opportunity and improvement
- A motivator and relationship-builder who leads by example and knows how to bring out the best in others
- Passionate about creating spaces where young people can feel safe, inspired, and at home
