The organisation continues to scale its portfolio of complex, capital‑intensive projects, and this role will play a key part in supporting that growth. I am recruiting a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial management across the group’s project and holding entities. The position offers broad involvement across financial oversight, project support, governance, and reporting, with direct insight into the delivery and structuring of development projects. The Finance Manager will oversee financial activities across multiple project and corporate entities, including:
- Day‑to‑day accounting activity, including VAT and reconciliations
- Management of multi‑entity bookkeeping
- Supporting valuations across project companies
- Assisting with financial forecasting to inform commercial and strategic decision‑making
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting
- Supporting cash flow management and financial controls
Project & Development Support
Working closely with development teams, the Finance Manager will support the financial aspects of project delivery, including:
- Tracking project budgets and financial performance
- Monitoring financial progress against key project milestones
- Preparing financial documentation for internal reviews and external stakeholders
- Supporting tender processes through the coordination of financial information
- Assisting with funding, appraisal, and commercial analysis as required
Governance & Compliance
The role will support strong financial governance across the business, including:
