This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the commercial foundations of a high-growth developer while gaining exposure to large-scale project delivery.

The position offers broad involvement across financial oversight, project support, governance, and reporting, with direct insight into the delivery and structuring of development projects. The Finance Manager will oversee financial activities across multiple project and corporate entities, including:

  • Day-to-day accounting activity, including VAT and reconciliations
  • Management of multi-entity bookkeeping
  • Supporting valuations across project companies
  • Assisting with financial forecasting to inform commercial and strategic decision-making
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting

Working closely with development teams, the Finance Manager will support the financial aspects of project delivery, including:

  • Tracking project budgets and financial performance
  • Monitoring financial progress against key project milestones
  • Preparing financial documentation for internal reviews and external stakeholders
  • Supporting tender processes through the coordination of financial information
  • Assisting with funding, appraisal, and commercial analysis as required

Governance & Compliance

The role will support strong financial governance across the business, including:

  • Financial document control across corporate and project entities
  • Conducting financial and compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal controls and external requirements
  • Supporting audit processes and liaising with external advisors
  • Assisting with legal and administrative processes linked to group and project structures
  • Protecting the integrity of corporate and project-level financial frameworks

You Will Bring

  • Experience in finance, accounting, or multi-entity bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to financial management
  • Confidence managing financial responsibilities in a project-led or asset-based environment
  • Commercial awareness and interest in development or infrastructure-style businesses
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, composed manner
