Your Responsibilities:- Take charge of daily facilities operations across several co-living properties.
- Manage both planned maintenance and unexpected repairs, prioritising safety, compliance, and minimal disruption.
- Perform routine site inspections and coordinate health and safety audits.
- Lead the relationship with contractors, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with on-site teams to support an exceptional resident experience.
- Keep a close eye on budgets and expenses related to building maintenance and operations.
- Proven experience in facilities management within co-living, residential, build-to-rent, PBSA, or hospitality environments.
- Strong understanding of building compliance and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple sites and tasks.
- Confident in managing contractors and external vendors.
- Comfortable using CAFM or similar facilities management software for compliance tracking and reporting.
- A proactive, people-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
