Tired of managing the same assets, the same way, day in day out? If you’re looking for a varied property portfolio where you can truly make your mark and utilise your asset management skillset, this could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for. This is your opportunity to put your hard-earned asset management experience to work and be rewarded with more than just a monthly salary.

We’re looking for someone with experience in the property sector who can take ownership of a diverse portfolio, driving value, performance and long-term sustainability across assets across the North of Yorkshire. You’ll enjoy a home-based working setup, with a company car provided to support regular travel around the North East, alongside occasional visits further afield when needed. A flexible 35-hour working week and 25 days annual leave will help you achieve – and maintain – a healthy work-life balance.

The organisation holds a national property portfolio of over 3,000 assets, including residential homes, offices, places of community use, social facilities, retail units and even rural properties. Within the North East region, you will be responsible for circa 350 properties, giving you a diverse and substantial patch to manage.

No two days will ever look the same, with your focus ranging from asset optimisation and lifecycle planning through to disposals, acquisitions, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver long‑term, sustainable asset strategies. Your commercial mindset, combined with your approachable and empathic nature, will come into its own as you build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, occupiers and colleagues alike - ensuring the portfolio continues to perform both financially and socially.
