As the strategic lead for asset management and commercial property, you’ll sit at the heart of decision-making - working alongside senior leadership and elected stakeholders to unlock value, shape long-term strategy, and deliver real impact for communities and the organisation alike.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead from the front - setting direction, shaping strategy, and delivering tangible results.
- Develop and deliver a strategic asset management and investment approach.
- Lead a key disposals programme, unlocking capital and driving a priority project.
