My Client is a specialist property management company in South West London who are looking for a confident, detail‑driven Senior Compliance Manager to take full ownership of compliance across a diverse residential and commercial portfolio. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves structure, thrives on responsibility, and enjoys being the steady, knowledgeable backbone of a growing business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating, scheduling, updating systems and issuing all GSIs, EICRs, EPCs and Fire Risk Assessments
- Registering, managing works, updating systems and overseeing RRO requirements for HMOs
- Handling incoming calls and supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Carrying out regular property inspections and ensuring all findings are actioned
- Managing commercial leases, inventories and key control
- Overseeing commercial maintenance and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
