This is a senior leadership role for an experienced commercial property management professional who combines technical excellence, team leadership, and strong client relationship skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping service delivery, developing people, and strengthening long‑term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high‑performing commercial property management team, providing mentorship, direction, and professional development
- Take responsibility for a significant portfolio of office and retail assets, ensuring best‑in‑class management standards
- Act as a trusted adviser to key clients, building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships
- Oversee all core commercial property management functions, including service charge budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation; lease management and tenant liaison; compliance, health and safety, and statutory requirements; contractor procurement and performance management
- Work closely with asset management and agency teams to drive asset performance and value
- Contribute to business development through client retention, new instructions, and cross‑service collaboration
- Ensure governance, risk management, and professional standards are upheld
- Represent the business in the market, enhancing its profile and reputation
About You
- Proven experience at Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director level within commercial property management
- Strong background managing office and retail properties in the London market
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent client‑facing and relationship management skills
- Commercially astute with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of commercial property management
- MRICS qualified or equivalent
- Confident communicator with credibility at board and investor level
