This is a senior leadership role for an experienced commercial property management professional who combines technical excellence, team leadership, and strong client relationship skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping service delivery, developing people, and strengthening long‑term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high‑performing commercial property management team, providing mentorship, direction, and professional development
  • Take responsibility for a significant portfolio of office and retail assets, ensuring best‑in‑class management standards
  • Act as a trusted adviser to key clients, building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships
  • Oversee all core commercial property management functions, including service charge budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation; lease management and tenant liaison; compliance, health and safety, and statutory requirements; contractor procurement and performance management
  • Work closely with asset management and agency teams to drive asset performance and value
  • Contribute to business development through client retention, new instructions, and cross‑service collaboration
  • Ensure governance, risk management, and professional standards are upheld
  • Represent the business in the market, enhancing its profile and reputation

About You

  • Proven experience at Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director level within commercial property management
  • Strong background managing office and retail properties in the London market
  • Demonstrable experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent client‑facing and relationship management skills
  • Commercially astute with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
  • Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of commercial property management
  • MRICS qualified or equivalent
  • Confident communicator with credibility at board and investor level
