Development Manager

An ambitious Developer based in London is seeking a front-end focused Development Manager to support with a growing pipeline of projects predominantly focused on flipping sites into residential led projects across co-living, BTR, and PBSA.

About the Role:

• Oversee development projects from inception, with a focus on securing planning permissions and maximizing site potential for sale
• Manage project timelines, budgets, leading design teams and collaboration with external stakeholders, including legal and planning teams.
• Key projects include Resi-led projects in prime city locations

What We’re Looking For:

• MRICS qualified
• Strong experience in planning, ideally in residential conversions or similar developments.
• Proven track record in securing planning permission
• Experience in high-value locations (London Zones 1-2, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham).

Package:

• £65,000 base salary
• Set bonus per site for achieving planning permissions and meeting key deadlines.
