We're partnering with a modern commercial property consultancy to appoint a Director within its Agency team. This role will suit an MRICS-qualified commercial property professional with experience in the Central London and South East office markets who is looking for greater autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to help shape a growing business. The Role
- You'll lead a team of 3–4 Agency Surveyors, advising occupier and landlord clients on office leasing transactions across London and the South East.
- Alongside managing the team, you'll be responsible for developing client relationships, winning new instructions, and contributing to the continued growth of the agency business.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary consultancy, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across a range of commercial property disciplines, providing a varied and engaging workload.

About You
- MRICS qualified

- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing surveyors
- Commercially minded with a track record of winning work
