A long standing Client is looking to appoint a Client Accountant to join their team on the back of successful acquisitions of new clients. Looking for someone who has experience using TRAMPS, you will be working alongside the Property Management Team and senior stakeholders to ensure the onboarding of the clients' assets are seamless. This role involves managing financial operations for their client accounts, delivering accurate reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records for client accounts
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage budgets

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is desired but not a necessity
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (property management or real estate preferred)
- Proficiency in TRAMPS software (essential)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
