My client is a prestigious family office who are looking for a highly organised, proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for our local property managers and brokers abroad.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, quotes, and invoices.
  • Oversee the full rental cycle: pricing, listings, viewings, offers, tenant selection, contracts, check-ins/outs, and deposits.
  • Keep monthly property and rental records up to date.
  • Track property expenses and file invoices.
  • Support furnishing of new acquisitions (Spain).
  • Join regular portfolio meetings and contribute commentary for quarterly reports.
  • Occasionally visit properties (optional but encouraged).

What you bring:

  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with confidence in reviewing financials and invoices.
  • Strong experience on Excel.
  • Spanish language skills a plus (not required).
  • Experience with data entry or Xero helpful (not essential).
