Leading Commercial Investor | Zone 1 London

Our client is a commercial property landlord with a portfolio of beautiful, high-value assets located in London’s most prestigious Zone 1 locations. With a strong pipeline of complex commercial refurbishment projects, they are now seeking to bring an experienced Project Manager in-house to oversee and deliver these schemes to the highest standard.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of multiple refurbishment projects across occupied commercial buildings. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants and contractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to building operations.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering challenging refurbishment projects, ideally within commercial office fit out/development
  • Strong track record of managing works in occupied buildings with careful phasing and coordination
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Commercially astute, organised and confident in decision-making
  • Relevant construction or project management qualifications are highly desirable
