I have partnered with a leading Central London management consultancy to make a hire within their Retail team for an Associate Surveyor. They have an ethos of growing their own, with over 90% of the Partners starting as Graduate Surveyors. Over recent years, there has been a large investment into people and the software used to help with employee’s day to day work, helping to improve staff retention.
They have recently won 3 new Retail assets, you will be working closely with another Surveyor, reporting into the Head of London. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of Retail assets, with some Prime stock. Your portfolio will be limited to a certain amount of assets providing a platform to focus on delivering a high quality service, and enhancing asset values.
The ideal candidate for this position will have had experience dealing with Retail assets, however it is not essential. You will have a surveyor reporting into you, giving you the opportunity to focus on Value Added Services, and a chance to manage more junior surveyors.
