I'm working in partnership with a leading Central London office management consultancy to support the hire of an Associate Surveyor. The firm is renowned for delivering exceptional service to high-profile clients, including Overseas Investors, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Institutional Funds. Their managed assets range up to 700,000 sq ft, with service charge budgets exceeding £11 million.
With a strong commitment to developing talent internally, over 90% of their Partners began their careers as Graduate Surveyors. The business has made significant investments in both its people and technology, ensuring a forward-thinking and efficient working environment.
As an Associate Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to manage a high-quality portfolio, limited to a maximum of five assets, allowing you to focus on delivering tangible value. This role offers exposure to value-add initiatives including ESG strategies, prop-tech integration, and placemaking.
