Are you looking to become a Partner in a business in the next 5-10 years? My client is one of the most long-standing and largest agencies in the South East and they are looking for a successor to one of the Partners who plans to exit the business in the next 5-10 years. During this period, you will be his number 2.
From the train station, your commute is a 3-minute walk to your new office, surrounded by historic buildings, unique retail stores and a beautifully cobbled high street.
So what are they looking for?
- A chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Someone with a broad skillset from Agency, Valuations and Lease Advisory.
- A proactive go-getter, someone willing to lead from the front.
- A long-term hire. This is a significant hire for them, so someone looking for a stepping stone for a year or two, this isn’t for you.
- Someone that has successful relationships with current clients that could potentially move over with them.
Salary is dependent on experience, but they will pay what they need to for the right person!
