An international family office is looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Property Manager to support its growing residential property portfolio across Spain and the Netherlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in cross‑border property management while working closely with senior stakeholders in a supportive, small-team environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating admin for rental properties in Spain & the Netherlands
- Liaising with local managing agents
- Preparing occupancy and rent collection updates
- Providing admin support to senior real estate and finance leads
- Managing email correspondence and follow‑ups
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple admin tasks
- (Bonus) Experience in property admin or real estate
- (Bonus) Spanish or Dutch language skills
