Oyster have partnered with a leading Investor & Asset Manager in the PBSA space, in their search for an experienced Asset Manager to join the team. With a substantial Student Accommodation portfolio located across the UK, it is an exciting time of growth for an already very well-established player in the market. Joining the Asset Management team, this person will play a key role in formulating and executing asset management strategies for their student housing assets, based in the UK. Responsibilities will include capital improvement/remedial projects, refurbishment, investor reporting, active revenue optimisation, preparation and implementation of annual budgets and business plans. You will also prepare and maintain financial reports and variance analysis, prepare and monitor budgets and assist with financial modelling of assets, portfolio and funds. Requirements include: · At least 5 years Asset Management experience, the majority of which within the Student Accommodation sector. · Strong technical knowledge including refurbishment, and asset enhancement experience.
