Oyster have partnered with an ambitious Investor & Operator in the BTR space, in their search for an experienced Asset Manager to join the team.

With a growing BTR portfolio, it is an exciting time of growth for a relatively new entrant to the market.

Joining the Asset Management team, this person will play a key role in formulating and executing asset management strategies for their existing assets.

Responsibilities will include capital improvement/remedial projects, refurbishment, investor reporting, active revenue optimisation, preparation and implementation of annual budgets and business plans.

You will also prepare and maintain financial reports and variance analysis, prepare and monitor budgets and assist with financial modelling of assets, portfolio and funds.

Requirements include:

· At least 5 years Asset Management experience, the majority of which within the BTR space.

· Strong technical knowledge including refurbishment, and asset enhancement experience.
