Principal Consultant – Investment & Asset Management across PBSA, BTR, Co-Living & Later Living
Oyster have partnered with an ambitious Investor & Asset Manager in the BTR space, in their search for an experienced Asset Manager to join the team.
With a growing BTR portfolio, it is an exciting time of growth for a relatively new entrant to the market.
Joining the Asset Management team, this person will play a key role in formulating and executing asset management strategies for their existing assets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Capital improvement/remedial projects
- Refurbishment
- Investor reporting
- Active revenue optimisation
- Preparation and implementation of annual budgets and business plans
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and variance analysis
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Assist with financial modelling of assets, portfolio and funds
Requirements include:
- At least 5 years Asset Management experience, the majority of which within the BTR space.
- Strong technical knowledge including refurbishment, and asset enhancement experience.
