Asset Manager β Build to Rent, Single Family Housing
- Specialising in Single Family Housing (BTR)
- 2β4 years of relevant experience required
- Experience in both Real Estate and Asset Management
Weβre partnering with a highly regarded, award-winning Residential Investor/ Developer with significant backing and a strong pipeline of Build to Rent (BTR) projects focused on the single-family housing market. They are seeking an Asset Manager to support the performance and growth of their living sector portfolio.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- Have 2β4 years\’ experience in real estate Asset Management, preferably in residential or BTR sectors
- Be highly numerate, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines
- Be proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day asset management of both operational and development assets within the BTR SFH portfolio
- Analyse financial performance and operational KPIs against business plans, identifying value-add opportunities
- Prepare internal reporting packs and present asset performance updates to senior leadership and investors
- Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including property managers and joint venture partners
- Oversee third-party supplier contracts, monitor performance, manage payments, and recommend improvements where necessary
