The Role Lead the sale, acquisition and letting of industrial and logistics properties across the region. Advise landlords, occupiers, developers and investors on agency and strategic property matters. Develop existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities. Win instructions through your established market presence and professional network. Lead negotiations on high-value transactions through to completion. Mentor and support junior surveyors and agency professionals. Play a key role in the continued growth of the Commercial Agency team. About You MRICS qualified, or possess significant relevant industry experience. Proven track record within Industrial Agency at a senior level. Strong knowledge of industrial and logistics property markets. Demonstrable success in winning instructions and developing client relationships. Commercially minded with leadership experience. Full UK driving licence.
