They are seeking an experienced Aftercare Manager to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing the defect resolution process across a large residential portfolio. Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full aftercare process from property handover through to the end of the defects liability period.
- Lead and mentor a team of Aftercare Coordinators.
- Manage relationships with developers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely, high-quality defect resolution.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and aftercare performance metrics.
Your Requirements:
- Experience in aftercare within a developer or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of EOD processes, NHBC guidelines, and construction defects.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Experience with KPIs.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
- Strong Excel/data reporting skills.
