The Role

As a Boat Builder, reporting to the Boat Builder Manager at our Wroxham site, you will be responsible for manufacturing and fitting a wide range of components across our yachts. This is a varied, hands-on role involving both interior fit-out joinery and exterior construction work. You will work from technical drawings and specifications, ensuring all elements are built and installed to exact measurements and high standards. From cabinetry and bulkheads to deck fittings and composite structures, your work will play a key role in delivering exceptional yachts.
