Help us craft beautiful, high-quality yachts. We’re looking for hands-on people who enjoy building, fitting, and working with a variety of materials. You don’t need previous boatbuilding experience – if you’ve worked in a practical trade or enjoy making things, we can teach you the rest.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and fitting parts across our range of boats
- Working on both interior features (like furniture and panels) and exterior fittings
- Installing hardware such as windows, hatches, and deck fittings
- Using tools and materials like wood, fibreglass, and composites
- Working from drawings and instructions to create high-quality finishes
- Checking your work to make sure everything fits and looks right
What we’re looking for:
- You might be a great fit if you have experience in carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, construction, or similar trades
- Using hand and power tools
- Building or assembling components with care and accuracy
We’re especially keen to hear from people who:
- Enjoy practical, hands-on work
- Can work at a steady pace and meet deadlines

- Are willing to learn new skills
