p Job Description /p p Childrens Home Wokingham x 3 required /p p br br A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully. br /p p br /p p This role is ideal for someone who has already had working experience in a Children Home . /p p br /p p Supporting Young People to live independently.

Keywork Sessions /p p br /p p Attending meeting /p p br /p p Ensure that staff attend training is up to date.

Social inclusion. /p p br /p p Writing accurate and factual daily reports.

Working in a team and on an individual basis.

Teaching life skills. /p p br /p p Encouraging participation in activities. promoting and ensuringprivacy and dignity.

Promoting independence. xjlbheb /p p br /p p Day to day activities /p p br /p p Ensure that that Healthand Safety is implemented also promoting a Clean and Healthy environment to live in. /p p br /p p Participate in daily checks i. e Checking Fire doors, participating in Fire Drills, Weekly Fire Alarms tests. /p p br /p p Reporting safeguarding concerns /p
