We are currently recruiting for an interim HR Advisor on behalf of a new client in the Legal sector for a period of maternity leave, commencing in July. Part of a small, close-knit team, you will provide support to the fee earners in the London office by coordinating:
- Fee earner onboarding and departures
- Visas and immigration
- Performance evaluations
- Leave administration
- Mentorship programmes
- Engagement programmes
This role would best suit an HR professional with at least four years HR experience in a law firm (or possibly, another professional services firm), and excellent organisational and team working skills.
