We are currently recruiting for an HR Project Manager on behalf of an international law firm client.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with HRBPs and HR Centres of Excellence on projects spanning organisational design, workforce planning, change management, talent strategy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and analytical skills, including data analytics, are essential.
  • An understanding of the impact of AI in the workplace would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience of hands-on HR project management or HR programme delivery.
  • A clear track record of leading complex, cross-functional work in a highly-matrixed environment.
