Established in 2008, Oyster Search Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit into roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.

If you're looking for your next HRM role and have proven HR management experience within a law firm, then please do read on. Supporting a highly regarded Head of HR and working as part of a high-performing HR team, the HRM will act as a trusted adviser to partners and senior business leaders, delivering proactive, high-quality HR support across the full employee life cycle, blending operational HR with project work to deliver exceptional client service.

You will also manage and mentor a Senior HR Advisor, so team management experience is essential. It's likely that you will be 3-4 years into your current role as an HRM and looking to consolidate and build on your experience. In particular, you should have an excellent grounding in the full employee life cycle, possibly gained in a small-to-medium-sized firm, including Employee Relations, Talent and Performance Management and HR Operations. HR Project Management experience would also be helpful.

It goes without saying that you will be commercially aware, pragmatic and effective at stakeholder management. This is an excellent career opportunity for an HRM with Legal or Professional Services experience.
