Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit into roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor on behalf of a highly reputable law firm based in London. The role is fee earner focused and the emphasis is on bolstering the Recruitment team's direct sourcing capability. It is essential, therefore, that you have either legal recruitment agency experience and/or in-house fee earner recruitment experience at another law firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Using your knowledge of the London/UK and international markets to both search for candidates and share context for Hiring Partners;
- Market mapping using online tools, refined with detailed research to identify and attract inactive candidates;
- Building a candidate pipeline for immediate recruitment requirements and for future needs;
- Building strong relationships with recruitment agencies both to drive value and gain knowledge and expertise of the market and deep candidate background;
- Providing a first class candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
You should have the full 360 recruitment process experience (job posting, shortlisting, initial screening, arranging interviews etc), together with experience of using social media tools to develop an employer brand and source candidates directly, be good at developing relationships with candidates and colleagues at all levels and be a confident networker, attending relevant forums and events and keeping abreast of market trends.
