We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.
If you're looking for your next HRBP role and have proven HR management experience, including change management and at least some international HR experience, within a law or other professional services firm, then please do read on.
Partnering with the international functional leadership teams, the HRBP will take an international perspective, collaborating with HRBPs across the international firm on the people agenda, whilst also acting as the UK HRBP for your aligned functions.
In particular, you will advise on organisational design, and workforce strategy and help drive and support the firm's transformation and change agenda, as well as delivering on eg.
Talent Management, advising on complex Employee Relations matters and supporting specific HR projects.
