Our client, who specialises in industrial and marine solutions, is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Service Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the service department and contribute to the company\βs ongoing success. On Offer: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days. Company pension (up to 7% matched contributions), company vehicle, Health insurance, Medicash and an Annual bonus. As the Refrigeration Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of engineers and the scheduling of service, maintenance, and breakdown jobs. This key role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for complex service issues, ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations, H&S, and quality standards. You will also monitor KPIs, manage departmental performance, and build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling and assigning jobs to engineers * Provide technical support and guidance to engineers for complex service issues and troubleshooting * Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations, H&S, and quality standards * Monitor KPIs and manage departmental performance to meet targets and budgets * Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving What Theyβre Looking For: * Minimum of 10 years\β experience in the HVAC/R industry (engineering or service management) * Strong technical knowledge of commercial and heavy commercial refrigeration systems (COβ & HFCs) * Experience using RDM software * F-Gas Category 1 certification, required * Proven experience in managing service engineers * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Commercial awareness and experience working to budgets and performance targets * Full UK driving license Alongside this generous benefits package, you\βll be immersed in a value-driven environment, collaborating with a dedicated and skilled team.
