Our client, a leading global HVAC & Refrigeration company is looking for a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to deliver high-quality, reliable support to their customers. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys building relationships and using the latest diagnostic technology to solve complex problems in a field-based position.
On Offer:
- Base salary of up to £48,000 per annum with an OTE of £65,000+
- Company van & door to door payment

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of commercial and industrial plants and equipment using cutting-edge diagnostic tools.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs and commissioning work on customer sites.
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Participating in an on-call rota.
Who They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a field-based Service Technician or Refrigeration Engineer.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence using diagnostic software, mobile apps and MS Office.
- NVQ L2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent industry related qualification.
- A valid F-Gas certification (or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
