If you’re an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership and coordinating multiple moving parts, this could be an excellent opportunity.

You’ll join a specialist engineering business delivering HVAC and Process Cooling solutions, including work within the data centre sector.

You’ll manage projects from handover through to completion, bringing together customers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure everything stays on track, within budget and to the required standard.

The role is primarily office based but require travel to sites across the South of the UK for customer meetings, project updates and to oversee works as they take place.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage projects from handover through to completion
  • Coordinate engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
  • Manage budgets, costs, resources and timescales
  • Arrange equipment and subcontractor procurement
  • Oversee installation and commissioning
  • Keep customers updated throughout
  • Resolve issues and keep delivery on track
  • Manage site teams and health and safety requirements
  • Work closely with sales and engineering teams

What They’re Looking For

  • Project Management experience within engineering, manufacturing, HVAC or Process Cooling
  • Experience managing budgets and commercial considerations
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience managing Data Centre customers would be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally when required
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to keep things moving in a fast paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CAD experience would be advantageous
