Are you organised, proactive and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Our client is looking for a Sales Support Executive to provide vital support to their sales team and ensure clients receive a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with dayâtoâday administration and coordination
- Prepare and manage quotes, proposals and contracts
- Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate client and pipeline information
- Liaise with numerous internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly
- Provide support with pricing, product information and customer enquiries
- Track followâups, deadlines and pipeline activities
- Generate sales reports and summaries to inform team performance
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team
- Help onboard new clients, including account setup and documentation
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed across all sales activities
