As a Goods In & Production Support Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing incoming deliveries, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting the production team with components and materials. Key Responsibilities: * Receive, check and inspect all incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality * Read and interpret engineering drawings and part lists to verify components * Book stock into the system against purchase orders with precision * Maintain accurate stock records and organise stores efficiently * Pick parts and prepare kit lists for the production team * Support machine builders by providing components and materials as needed * Assist with basic mechanical assemblies when required * Identify and report shortages, damaged goods or discrepancies promptly * Collaborate closely with engineering, production and purchasing teams Who they're looking for: * Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or technical stores environment * Ability to confidently interpret engineering drawings or technical part information * Strong IT skills and comfort using stock control or ERP systems * Organised and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Proactive, reliable and a strong team player Benefits * Performance bonus scheme * 23 days holiday, increasing with length of service * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Friday breakfasts and regular team treats Looking for a new hands-on role where you
