Our client, a leading venue in Warwickshire, is seeking an experienced Events Sales Office Manager to drive revenue targets and nurture client relationships. As the Events Sales Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead, coach and inspire a talented Sales team, fostering a proactive sales mindset and collaborating across departments to achieve targets.

This position is crucial in maintaining the venue\’s strong reputation for quality and long-standing relationships with leading UK businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and develop a team of conference sales professionals, ensuring exceptional service, enquiry rates, conversion and overall sales performance for the venue
  • Oversee all enquiries, proposals and conversions for a diverse range of events and functions
  • Drive conversion rates through coaching, training and the implementation of effective sales strategies
  • Monitor team performance and support professional growth through regular one-to-ones and development plans
  • Responsible for yield management for all conference and event facilities in the venue
  • Work with the business development team on forecasting, driving the team and raising the conversion rate
  • Lead the Sales team\’s input into weekly reviews, monitor booking pace and support meeting room and accommodation yield decisions
  • Conduct weekly audits of sales data, encourage a proactive sales mindset
