Are you a commercially minded and experienced Sales Manager who excels at converting luxury guest experiences into bookings, memberships and revenue growth?

Our client is looking for an experienced

Spa Sales Manager to take ownership of revenue performance across a premium spa environment.

This is a pivotal role where service, storytelling and guest experience come together to maximise bookings, memberships and overall spa profitability.

You will work closely with wider hotel teams to ensure the spa offering is positioned, presented and delivered in a way that reflects a high-end guest experience, while consistently achieving commercial success.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 5 shifts, start at either 8:00am or 9:00am.

The rota will mainly fall on weekdays, although some weekend working may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive spa revenue through the conversion of enquiries into bookings, memberships and experiences.
  • Manage all spa enquiries from initial contact through to successful completion of sale.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities across memberships, group bookings and corporate wellness.
  • Deliver engaging spa show rounds, creating a compelling and aspirational guest journey.
  • Support the development and delivery of spa promotions, experiences and membership offerings.
  • Monitor spa diary performance and therapist utilisation to support strong occupancy and revenue flow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party spa partners and agents.
  • Ensure the wider hotel team is informed and confident in promoting spa experiences and packages.
  • Support guest engagement on-site, identifying opportunities to enhance spend and experience.
  • Maintain accurate client data to support ongoing relationship building and targeted marketing activity.
  • Produce clear performance insights to support commercial decision making and future planning.
  • Who They’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Spa Sales, Leisure Sales or wellness environments.
  • Confident relationship builder with a natural ability to influence and engage.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of guest experience-led sales.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confident communicator, both in person and in writing.
  • Proactive, motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail with a thoughtful and strategic approach.
  • Resilient and consistent in achieving results within a premium service environment.
