Are you a passionate and experienced spa professional who thrives in a luxury wellness environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a high performing team? Our client is looking for an experienced Spa Manager to lead the smooth and elegant running of a high-quality spa on a 1 year contract. This is a pivotal role where service excellence, attention to detail and calm, confident leadership come together to deliver a truly memorable guest experience. You will set the tone for a relaxing environment, ensuring every guest experience reflects the highest standards of care, professionalism and warmth. Working closely with the wider team, you will inspire, support and develop colleagues to consistently deliver an exceptional level of service. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week across five days out of seven. Flexibility is required, as the shift pattern includes early, mid and late shifts, with the earliest start at 7am and the latest finish at 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operation of the spa, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
  • Inspire and guide a dedicated team of therapists and reception colleagues to deliver exceptional standards.
  • Create a calm and welcoming environment that reflects a premium spa experience.
  • Ensure every guest interaction is handled with care, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Oversee scheduling, team development and performance.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation and ambience.
  • Support the delivery of curated spa experiences, treatments and retail offerings.
  • Work collaboratively to support revenue growth through thoughtful promotions and guest engagement.
  • Monitor financial performance with awareness of quality, standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and well-managed spa scheduling and guest journey coordination.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard and always guest-ready.
  • Use guest feedback to continuously refine and enhance the spa experience.

Who They’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a guest focused approach.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of luxury guest expectations and revenue opportunities.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident, warm communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Calm, professional and resilient in a busy environment.
  • Passionate about wellbeing, service standards and continuous improvement.
  • An understanding of health and safety procedures.
