Our client, a highly respected UK manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellence. This is a varied role offering exposure across all areas of the business, ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and taking on diverse responsibilities.

With a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and bespoke, custom-made products, the company works with a diverse range of high-profile clients across multiple industries. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has made them a trusted name in their sector. This position is working Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a rewarding early finish at 3:30 on Fridays!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day sales operation, ensuring efficient processes and high performance
  • Oversee and support the sales administration team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle and respond to client enquiries
  • Assist clients with tailored solutions and follow up on quotes
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively
