Our client is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to bring fresh energy to a unique venue that combines high-quality dining with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with a high focus on homegrown products.
The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for customer engagement, a genuine passion for great food and service, and strong leadership skills. With a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, you’ll work closely with senior management to uphold operational excellence, inspire team performance, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You must have your own transport to travel to the property.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards across
- Plan and coordinate private functions and special events, working closely with chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service
- Lead structured daily briefings, encouraging a positive and collaborative team culture
- Stay ahead of market trends and support the creation of innovative cocktails to enhance the customer offering and drive sales
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the menu, including homegrown ingredients and locally sourced produce, to engage guests confidently
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, managing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
