Our client, a luxury and multi award winning hotel, are looking for an experienced and confident Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead their front-of-house team in beautiful historical surroundings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of fine dining as well as mixology and bar management. A proactive mindset with fresh ideas and a good grasp of current trends in food, drink, and service are important. You must be well presented with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bars, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships and orders to maintain quality while controlling costs.
- Use KPIs, sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improving performance.
- Collaborate closely with senior management on new initiatives, seasonal menus, offers and events.
- Manage rota planning and team structures to ensure appropriate staffing for business needs.
- Oversee hiring, training and performance reviews.
- Lead regular team meetings to keep the team aligned and motivated.
