Our client, a luxury and multi award winning hotel are looking for an experienced and confident Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead their front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities For This Restaurant and Bar Manager Role:

• Run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience
• Manage stock levels, supplier relationships and orders to maintain quality while controlling costs
• Use KPIs, sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improving performance
• Collaborate closely with senior management on new initiatives, seasonal menus, offers and events
• Manage rota planning and team structures to ensure appropriate staffing for business needs
• Oversee hiring, training and performance reviews
• Lead regular team meetings to keep the team aligned and motivated

What Theyre Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant and Bar Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in coaching teams and engaging with guests
• A proactive mindset with fresh ideas and a good grasp of current trends in food, drink, and service
• A lead-by-example approach, demonstrating a hands-on attitude and commitment
• Mixology experience is highly desirable
