Are you an experienced refrigeration professional ready to lead and support a team in delivering top-notch service? We’re looking for a hands-on Refrigeration Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial and industrial cooling equipment. This is a field-based role where your technical expertise keeps client operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:- Lead & Support engineers and coordinate service schedules across multiple client sites.
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and troubleshooting on chillers, heat pumps, and other temperature control systems.
- Ensure new installations are tested, calibrated, and operating to specification.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact, providing updates, guidance, and expert solutions to clients.
- Keep accurate service records and ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent mechanical/electrical qualification.
- Valid Category 1 F-Gas certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
- Proven experience with industrial refrigeration systems or large-scale HVAC installations.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- Strong communication skills to guide your team and explain technical issues clearly.
