Business Development Specialist tojoin their team.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying decision-makers and building interest in technology solutions.
Your role is essential to the sales pipeline, qualifying leads based on specific criteria and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
This is a hybrid role, with three days spent in the office and the remainder of the week working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective B2B clients through outbound calls, emails and Linked In.
- Research and identify key influencers and decision-makers within target organisations.
- Assess and qualify new leads against established criteria, understanding their specific needs, budget and project timelines.
- Secure and schedule well-qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all activities in the company's CRM system.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's technology services to clearly articulate their value to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams, sharing market insights and aligning on strategy.
