Are you a commercially mindedand experienced Sales Manager who excels at converting luxury guest experiences into bookings, memberships and revenue growth?

Our client is looking for an experienced Spa Sales Manager to take ownership of revenue performance across a premium spa environment.

This is a pivotal role where service, storytelling and guest experience come together to maximise bookings, memberships and overall spa profitability.

You will work closely with wider hotel teams to ensure the spa offering is positioned, presented and delivered in a way that reflects a high-end guest experience, while consistently achieving commercial success.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 5 shifts, start at either 8:00am or 9:00am.

The rota will mainly fall on weekdays, although some weekend working may be required.

Responsibilities: Drive spa revenue through the conversion of enquiries into bookings, memberships and experiences.

Manage all spa enquiries from initial contact through to successful completion of sale.

Proactively develop new business opportunities across memberships, group bookings and corporate wellness.
