They are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Meeting and Events Executive to join their dynamic team, where youll use your exceptional organisational skills to deliver memorable experiences.

You must have your own transport to travel to the property.

Key Responsibilities For ThisMeeting and Events Executive Role:

  • Responsible for key accounts where you will work as part of the team behind turning email enquiries into successful corporate meeting and events
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Collaborate closely with the events planning team to ensure seamless handovers and delivery of events

What Theyre Looking For:

  • Ideal for candidates with expertise in event sales, planning and coordination
  • Exceptional communication abilities and with the ability in building strong working relationships
  • Proficient in IT software; familiarity with Opera software is advantageous, though training can be provided
  • Demonstrates a genuine approach, proactively anticipating guest needs
